Refund & Exchange Policy
By purchasing products on our website, you agree to our refund and exchange policy. As our products are specifically designed for hair care, and because customer safety is our top priority, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for products that have been opened or used.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at admin@angrykoala.com.my with the following details:

A photo or video (if required) of the product and the associated damage.

Your order number and shipping details.
Once your claim is received and verified, we will assist you with a replacement or exchange.
Returns for Unopened Products
For general returns of unopened products, you must open a return ticket within 24 hours of delivery (based on available tracking info). Refund/exchange requests made after this period will not be accepted.
To initiate a return:

Ensure the product is returned in its original, unopened packaging without any damage or tampering.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged return packages.

All returns of unopened products are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund total.
For Products Purchased from Other Retailers
If you purchased Angry Koala products from any retailer other than our website (e.g., Ipsy, The Jilly Box, Boxycharm, FabFitFun, etc.), you must contact the specific retailer directly for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
PAO (Period After Opening) Policy
Please note, we will not accept returns or exchanges for any order that was delivered more than 30 days prior to your return/exchange request.
